Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and an electric kettle, central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. Location near to the seafront and the town centre, the pier and seafront and a great cafe.

The Beautiful Family Suite had a beautiful layout. The staff remained friendly throughout our stay, we had everything we needed. A nice touch was the mini fridge stocked with two complimentary bottles of water. The location offered easy access to the beach, just a short stroll away. The room cleanliness left much to be desired. Thin walls allowed for noise from neighboring rooms, and there was no bin in the room, which could be improved . The parking situation could also be misleading, as obtaining a permit needs to be clearly communicated. There were noisy seagulls at night outside our window, which affected sleep quality.

I almost thought about giving a good review but the noise of the seagulls outside my window was unbearable was good. The pillows? Just one tiny flat pillow, how is that sufficient? I also woudl ve loved a complimentary welcome snack, but guess i'm not special here. Just another mediocre hotel experience.

The Beautiful Family Suite had a beautiful layout, and the mini fridge stocked with two complimentary bottles of water was a thoughtful addition.
Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness concerns with dirt on surfaces and the lack of a bin in the room was a bit inconvenient. With the thin walls, noise from neighbors was noticeable, and the parking situation wasn't clearly explained, which could lead to confusion. The noisy fridges made for quite a disturbance, and the pillows were frustratingly flat, leaving little comfort for a good night's sleep. The relentless squawking of seagulls outside at dawn didn't help matters either, casting a shadow on an otherwise decent stay.

The room was cozy with a mini fridge stocked with two complimentary bottles of water. Enjoyed unwinding with a cup of tea while soaking in the nice ambiance and taking advantage of the outdoor seating area. Just a heads up, the parking situation isn't included, so make sure to grab a permit if you need to park! 😊
